Frankly speaking, I was never impressed by Coutinho at Barca, even during his Liverpool years, he was over-hyped. I thought he was rather average with some flashes of brilliance but he was never the difference maker: he was doing well when his team was doing well, scoring goals to add to the advantage they already had, rarely the crucial goals. I remember telling this to a friend back when he was moving to Barcelona: he thought I was crazy or something.

Where is Afena Gyan,we prefer these international players to our local players making them feel too big that’s why we will always be the first country to be knocked out of every tournament..Angola and other African countries rely on their local players and they played better football ..It’s a high time we stop forcing players and build our own players to grow.

Sancho should go somewhere else. He was absolutely fantastic in BVB and I am sure the kid is world class talent in the same league as Foden and Saka. And it was not like he needed to be on a great team or a specific system to work. BVB struggled a lot with consistency the time he was there.
